Available Positions and Salary Ranges :
NBTC is seeking candidates with a B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields) and 4–10 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industries. Below is a list of open roles with their respective salary ranges in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD):
- Manager – Construction (Mech): 1400 – 1750 KWD
Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng., 6–8 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industry, turnaround projects. - Engineer – Site (Mech): 1100 – 1300 KWD
Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng., 5–8 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects (ASME, API standards). - Engineer QA/QC (Mech): 1000 KWD
Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng., 4–6 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industry, with approved certifications. - Inspector QA/QC (Piping): 550 – 600 KWD
Requirements: B.E./Diploma, 4–6 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industry, with approved certifications. - Supervisor – Structural: 550 – 600 KWD
Requirements: Diploma in Mech. Eng., 5–8 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. - Supervisor – Piping: 550 – 600 KWD
Requirements: Diploma in Mech. Eng., 5–8 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. - Supervisor – Painting: 550 – 600 KWD
Requirements: Diploma in Mech. Eng., 5–8 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. - Foreman – Rigging (QP): 500 – 600 KWD
Requirements: Any degree/diploma, 4–6 years of experience in construction rigging for oil & gas projects. - Material Coordinator: 475 KWD
Requirements: Any degree/diploma, 4–6 years of experience in material control for oil & gas projects. - Store Keeper: 300 KWD
Requirements: Any degree, 4–6 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects using SAP software. - Rigger: 150 – 170 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects (preferred). - Welder – TIG & ARC (CS/SS): 175 – 200 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school/ITI, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical welding projects. - Painter – Brush: 110 – 120 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical painting projects. - Firewatch: 150 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. - Fitter – Pipe: 120 – 130 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical pipe fitting projects. - Fabricator (Structural): 140 – 175 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical structural fabrication. - Helper: 70 – 85 KWD + OT
Requirements: Physically fit candidates. - Flagman: 70 – 85 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. - Grinder: 120 – 130 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical grinding projects. - Confined Space Attendee: 160 – 180 KWD + OT
Requirements: High school, 4 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical confined space work.
