Available Positions and Requirements
1. Electrician (Biscuit/Cake/Chocolate/Snacks Factory Experience)
- Age: 25–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in biscuit, cake, or other food manufacturing factories
- Skills:
- Experience in potato chips factories (preferred)
- Knowledge of heat control lines, Florigo line, FABCON potato line, Ishida/TNA packaging machines
- Industrial experience in cake processing equipment, packaging machines, flow wrap SPS/Cavanna
- Preferred experience with Meinke/GEA/New Era biscuit ovens, SPS/Cavanna/Bosch packaging machines
- Additional: D.I.P.L.O.M.A in Electrical/ITI Technician
2. Mechanical Technician (Biscuit/Cake/Chocolate Factory Experience)
- Age: 25–40 years
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in biscuit, cake, or FMCG factories as a Mechanical Technician
- Skills:
- Experience with Meinke/GEA/New Era biscuit ovens, SPS/Cavanna/Bosch packaging machines
- Mechanical maintenance of flow wrap packing machines (SPS/Hi-tech/Cavanna)
- Hands-on experience in pick-and-place robot secondary packing machines
- Preferred experience in mechanical maintenance of flow wrap packing machines, biscuit ovens, dough mixers
- Additional: Ability to read and understand machine drawings for spares identification and assembly; good troubleshooting skills in mechanical and basic electrical packaging machines
3. Mechanical Packaging Technician
- Age: 25–40 years
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in FMCG as a Mechanical Maintenance Packaging Technician
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience in flow wrap packing machines (SPS/Hi-tech/Cavanna)
- Expertise in pick-and-place robot secondary packing machines
- Additional: Ability to read and understand machine drawings for spares; strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical packaging machines
4. Utility Technician (HVAC)
- Age: 25–40 years
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as an HVAC Technician
- Skills:
- Experience in HVAC maintenance in FMCG companies
- Ability to repair and troubleshoot refrigeration circuits (package unit, Dcted unit, chiller unit from 2TR to 25TR capacity)
- Additional: Hands-on experience in electrical repair and troubleshooting of refrigeration and electrical control circuits
5. Welder (Biscuit/Cake/Chocolate Factory Experience)
- Age: 25–40 years
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Welder
- Skills:
- Licensed welder for Arc and TIG welding
- Ability to read mechanical drawings for fabrication
- Expertise in measurement with measuring tape
