1. Sr. Logistic Incharge MEP (JRE31182)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in a similar role.
- Requirement: Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience.
2. FM/MEP Supervisor (JRE31180)
- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or 3 years Diploma/equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in industry experience, with 3 years in Gulf countries.
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in HVAC, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills.
3. Facilities Engineer (JRE31179)
- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical.
- Experience: 8–12 years in Facilities Management, with 6 years in the Gulf.
- Key Skills:
- Handling integrated facilities and ensuring safety compliance.
- Knowledge of international standards (ANSI, ASHRAE, IEEE).
4. Electrical BIM Modeler (JRE31181)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in a similar role, with 3 years in the Gulf.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Electrical ELV, BIM execution plans, and parametric family creation.
- Familiarity with DEWA/ADWEA/SEWA regulations.
