EXPERIENCES IN FIBER OPTIC CABLE MANUFACTURING PLANT IS MUST.
Experiences in the following companies (or equivalent) are an advantage: Aksh Optifiber, Sterlite, Hindustan, Birla Ericsson, LS cable, Polycab, Finolex, Vindhya Telelink, etc.
1) PRODUCTION MANAGER
FOC production -Loose tubing line, S/Z stranding line, and Production 1,000 sheath (jacket) line for 10-20 years. Management of 1 Manager production team _7-10 persons). Knowledge and experience in L/T, S/Z and sheath machine maintenance.
2) CABLE DESIGN & TECHNICAL
Cable construction design based on customer’s technical, specification. Development of new type of FOC as per market demand. 3-10 years experience. Sometimes production works (L/T, S/Z, Sheath lines)
3) MACHINE OPERATOR – LOOSE TUBING
Loose tubing line operator, multi-tasking (s/z stranding OR Sheath line) required 3 – 10 Years Experience.
4) MACHINE OPERATOR – STRANDING LINE S/Z
S/Z stranding line operator, (90MM) multi-tasking (Tubing OR S/Z stranding line) required 5 – 10 Years Experience.
5) MACHINE OPERATOR – SHEATH EXTRUDER
Sheath extruder operator (90mm). Multi-tasking (Loose tubing or S/Z stranding line) required. 5-10 years.
6) QA/ QC SUPERVISOR
QA/QC (incl. ISO certificate acquirement). Test report of finished cable drum as per customer’s technical Supervisor 1 specification and requirements. Multi-tasking for all kinds of optical measuring equipment operation required.
7) ARTISAN –TESTING
Assistant to Quality supervisor on QA/QC (ISO works). Test report of finished cable drum as per customer’s. technical specification and requirements. for all kinds of optical measuring equipment required. Multi-tasking (L/T, S/Z) required 3 – 10 Years experience.
8) PRODUCTION CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Management of production schedule, raw material stocks, purchase requisition, efficient manpower adjustment. Co-ordination with Procurement and logistics. Material stock quantity and shelf-life management.
9) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL
with Rank’s O&M service contract. 5-20 years experience in cable manufacturing machines. FOC machine experience is an advantage
