Sheila Consultants is recruiting for the following crafts with daily salaries in UAE Dirham (AED):
- General/Pipe Fitter: 41–45 AED
- Pipe Fabricator: 57–62 AED
- Millwright Technician: 60–65 AED
- Assistant Fitter: 30–34 AED
- Instrument Technician: 75–90 AED
- Instrument Fitter: 45–50 AED
- Electrician: 45–50 AED
- Welder – 6G TIG & ARC (CS/SS): 85–95 AED
- Welder – 6G CS (SMAW): 50–65 AED
- Welder – 6G CS/SS (GTAW): 55–70 AED
- Heat Treatment Technician: 45–50 AED
- Rigger (3rd Party Certified): 40–45 AED
- Welder Mate: 30–34 AED
- Safety Technician (Dip in F&S/NEBOSH/IOSH): 55–60 AED
- Driver LTV: 43–48 AED
- Driver HTV: 60–65 AED
- Forklift Operator: 60–65 AED
- HD Mechanic: 55–60 AED
- Trailer/Tanker Driver: 65–70 AED
- Crane Operator: 100–105 AED
Job Benefits and Requirements :
These positions come with the following benefits and requirements:

- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience and 2 shutdown projects required
- Special Note for Drivers and Operators: Valid license required
- Direct Selection for Ex-DAS: Optima holders (valid or expired) are eligible for direct selection
