Job Position :
- Farm Manager (Sugarcane Plantation)
Job Details :
- Location: Bahir Dar, Ethiopia
- Contractual Role
- Package: ₹2.5 – 3 Lakhs/month + Long-term engagement potential
Key Requirements :
- Degree in Agriculture
- 10-15 years exp. in managing 1000+ hectare plantations
- Prior Africa/multicultural work exposure preferred
- Below 50 years of age
- Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (Amharic knowledge a plus)
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end farm setup: nursery, infrastructure, irrigation, and phased planting
- Team building, training & resource optimization
- Driving lean, sustainable farming practices
- Reporting directly to senior leadership
