- Electrical Supervisors (Degree/Diploma – Elect) – 30 vacancies, RO 350-450
- Electrical Technicians (Diploma) – 50 vacancies, RO 225-275
- HVAC Supervisors (Degree/Diploma – Mech) – 20 vacancies, RO 400-500
- HVAC Technicians (Diploma – Mech) – 50 vacancies, RO 200-250
- AC Technicians – 20 vacancies, RO 200-250
Eligibility :
- Age below 40 years and fluent in English.
- Applicants must have 5-7 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment like Chillers (Air & Water cooled), Compressors, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Dampers, Motors, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers, Package, Split, VRF/VRV units, HVLVELV equipment, fittings, fixtures, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears, relays, etc.
- Knowledge of BMS system, Fire/smoke detectors, and related components is advantageous.
- Supervisors must possess knowledge of “MS Office” based applications and related FM software.
