Job Requirements :
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in oil and gas shutdown or turnaround projects.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations related to the assigned craft.
- Hands-on experience in the field; operations experience with ADNOC or Descon is preferred.
- Technical certifications in trade (e.g., Welding, Electrical, Rigging) are preferred.
- Prior work experience with ADNOC or Descon is highly preferred (Ex-Descon candidates prioritized).
