Base Location: East Africa (Uganda & Tanzania)
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Bachelor of Science).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in Pharma.
- Skills: Must be flexible and willing to work across various locations in Uganda and Tanzania.
- Age Limit: Below 30 years.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility of the Branch Manager is to manage sales and marketing of branch products to meet and exceed targets and profit goals. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, expanding the client base, overseeing financial operations (such as cash flow and daily reconciliations), managing inventory, supervising staff, and preparing regular reports to align with company policies.
