1. MEP Foreman / Supervisors
📌 Qualification: ITI / NCVT in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
📌 Experience: 15-20 years (Gulf experience is a must)
📌 Skills: Shift management, delegation of work, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Civil supervision
2. HVAC Technicians
📌 Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning
📌 Experience: 8-10 years (VRV/VRF Systems, Chillers, and Package Units)
3. Electricians
📌 Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade
📌 Experience: 8-10 years (Maintenance & Troubleshooting in Malls, Hospitals, High-Rise Towers)
4. Electronics Technicians
📌 Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics
📌 Experience: 5 years in hospital maintenance (TV/satellite, intercom, fire alarms, calling systems)
5. Plumbers
📌 Qualification: ITI in Plumber Trade
📌 Experience: 8-10 years (Sanitary fittings, water supply, drainage, pump rooms)
6. Furniture Carpenters
📌 Qualification: ITI in Carpentry Trade
📌 Experience: 8-10 years (Office & Kitchen Furniture, Doors, Gypsum Ceilings)
7. All-Rounder Masons
📌 Qualification: ITI in Masonry Trade
📌 Experience: 8-10 years (Plastering, Tile Work, Block Work)
