Available Positions
1. Automation Technicians
- Experience: Automated PLC controlled equipment maintenance, frequency inverter drives & controls (ABB, Allen Bradley & Danfoss), networking (ASI, Profibus, Profinet & SARCOS), Siemens & Allen Bradley PLC fault finding, sensors, and other electrical components.
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI with 2-3 years of experience.
- Skills: Instrumentation, calibration, PID loops, general electrical maintenance, good communication skills.
2. Mechanical Production Maintenance Technician
- Experience: Homogenizer, Pasteurizer, Separator, Rotary/Liquid Fillers, Blow Molding, Labeler, robotic palletizers, pneumatic circuits, valve maintenance, diagnosing mechanical drive systems.
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI with experience in relevant fields.
- Skills: Valve philosophy, bearing applications, pneumatic systems, mechanical seals.
3. Refrigeration Technician
- Experience: Ammonia based refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, pumps & control systems, refrigeration compressors, condensers, chillers & cooling systems.
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI.
- Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, general refrigeration knowledge.
4. Fire Systems Technician
- Experience: 80% Electrical and 20% Mechanical, Vesda Programming, Tools 8000 software for fire alarms, programming fire shutter doors.
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI.
- Skills: Electrical and mechanical know-how, fire systems programming.
5. General Aspects
- Experience: 3 years industrial experience in food/dairy manufacturing, SAP based maintenance, safety (LOTO), business KPIs.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering.
- Skills: English communication, equipment safety, business KPIs.
6. Fire Maintenance Technicians
- Experience: Reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, fire devices maintenance, route maintenance for fire alarm systems.
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI.
- Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, fire alarm systems, teamwork, problem-solving.
