- Experience: Minimum 5 years in building maintenance
- Salary: Basic RO 120/- + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
- STP Technicians
- Qualifications: ITI
- Experience: 5-6 years in O&M of sewage treatment plant
- Salary: Basic RO 100/- + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
- Fire Alarm Technicians
- Qualifications: ITI in Electronics
- Experience: 5-6 years in FA maintenance, preferably in petrochemical industries
- Salary: Basic RO 120/- + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
- HV Electricians
- Qualifications: ITI
- Experience: 8 years in operation and maintenance of HV panels, switch gears, transformers, etc.
- Salary: Basic RO 130/- + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
Elevator Division
- Sr. Elevator Technicians
- Qualifications: ITI Electrician/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
- Experience: 10 years
- Salary: Basic OMR 140-150 + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
- Jr. Elevator Technicians
- Qualifications: ITI Electrician/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Salary: Basic OMR 120-130 + 10% Ad. Hoc Allowance + Minimum OT 80 Hrs. p.m.
