- Sr. BIM Modeler (Architecture): Salary 8,000-8,500 AED
- BIM Coordinator (Architecture): Salary 11,000-12,000 AED
- Jr. BIM Modeler (Architecture): Salary 5,500-6,500 AED
Structural Roles
- Sr. BIM Modeler (Structure): Salary 8,000-8,500 AED
- BIM Coordinator (Structure): Salary 11,000-12,000 AED
- Jr. BIM Modeler (Structure): Salary 5,000-6,000 AED
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of GCC work experience in relevant fields.
- Strong collaboration and English communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling, particularly in mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ARMACAD.
- A solid understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
