Job Openings:
- Document Controller
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in document control
- Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing monthly site reports and managing purchase requests
- Strong English communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of ACONEX, ERP systems, and other document management software
- Responsibilities:
- Handle PPM activity, monthly reporting, and data entry
- Support purchasing requests, material enquiries, and internal communication
- Monitor compliance reports and maintain detailed documentation for project requirements.
- Land Surveyor
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in large civil construction projects
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Total Station, Dumpy Level, and other surveying tools
- Knowledge of building construction standards and compliance
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys, assess elevations, and perform layout duties
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate survey data.
