Hiring Chief Accountant For UAE
Fine Global HR is sourcing a Chief Accountant for a leading FMCG organization in the UAE.
Role Highlights:
- Provide functional support through performance analysis (sales, contribution, yields, overheads, working capital)
- Prepare accurate MIS reports, highlight KPIs & support Board reviews
- Coordinate budgeting, variance analysis & commentary
- Ensure accurate costing & support pricing decisions
- Monitor customer credit, receivables & trade marketing spends
- Mentor & train finance staff, review payrolls & prepare audit presentations
- Strong ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) knowledge preferred
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA / Cost Accountant / MBA Finance
- Experience: 7–10 years (FMCG or similar industries)
Salary: 5000 AED (₹1,19,000 INR)
