Hiring Chief Technical Officer (CTO) | Angola | Steel Industry
Raval Steel Manufacturing PLC urgently requires an experienced CTO (Chief Technical Officer) to lead end-to-end technical operations for a rapidly growing steel plant in Angola.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SMS & Rolling Mill operations
• Ensure production targets & performance KPIs
• Technical leadership for SMS teams
• Maintenance planning & shutdown execution
• Forecast spares & consumables
• Lead RM, SMS, Mechanical & Electrical teams
• Quality, Safety & Compliance leadership
• Continuous improvement & cost reduction
Key Requirements:
• Engineering Degree (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Production)
• 3–5 years exp. as Deputy Plant Manager or Plant Manager
• Strong SMS operations exposure
• Rolling Mill knowledge preferred
• Age: 35–40 yrs
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
