Hiring for a Leading Infrastructure & Road Construction Company – South America (Guyana)
We are looking to hire for an upcoming project in Guyana, South America.
Positions:
1. Highway Engineer
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (certifications in bitumen and asphalt testing are a plus).
– Design, plan, and oversee highway projects ensuring regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and timely completion.
– Develop highway designs and cost estimates.
– Manage projects, budgets, and timelines.
– Ensure regulatory compliance and handle permits.
– Coordinate with stakeholders and provide updates.
2. Lab Engineer
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
– Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
– Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and ISO standards.
– Perform and analyze tests on bitumen samples.
– Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
– Prepare reports on test results and corrective actions.
– Collaborate with production and engineering teams on quality issues.
3. RMC Operator
– Operate and control RMC equipment.
– Mix concrete to specifications.
– Monitor and adjust mix quality.
– Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
– Maintain production records.
– Follow safety protocols.
– Coordinate with site teams and report issues.
