- Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction/Projects Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in construction project management.
- Requirements:
- Cost Control Engineer
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost control, budget management, or financial analysis within the construction industry.
- Requirements:
- Procurement Engineer
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant experience required, especially in the construction industry.
- Requirements:
- Mechanical Estimation Engineer
- Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in mechanical cost estimation, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in MEP estimation will be advantageous.
- Requirements:
- Civil Estimation Engineer
- Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in civil cost estimation, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in MEP estimation will be advantageous.
- Requirements:
- Senior Document Controller
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must have a compiled minimum of 7-8 or more years’ experience in a relevant document and records management role. Experience must be recent.
