Candidate Requirements
- Experience:
- Must have maintenance experience in FMM, Royal Properties, hotels, malls, or commercial buildings.
- Supervisors should hold a Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
- Technicians and other roles should have an ITI certificate with 3+ years of experience.
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Language Skills: Good English communication.
- Additional Skills: Specialized knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, or related technical fields as applicable to the position.
