Structural Foreman
- Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; certification in structural/civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural maintenance, construction, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of concrete, steel, masonry, and roofing systems.
- Familiarity with welding, carpentry, and structural reinforcement techniques.
MEP Technicians
- Qualifications: High School or Industrial Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician with all-round MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) experience.
- Additional Requirement: Must possess a local driving license.
