Positions Available
- Site Deputy HSE Manager
- Oversee HSE compliance and procedures at the site level
- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are followed
- HSE Leader
- Coordinate with project teams to implement HSE policies
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
- Site Safety Supervisor
- Monitor day-to-day safety operations
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- HSE Pre-Commissioning Superintendent
- Lead HSE protocols during pre-commissioning phases
- Manage and train teams on safety procedures
- HSE Pre-Commissioning Supervisor
- Support the Superintendent in pre-commissioning activities
- Maintain compliance with HSE guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and standards in line with local and international regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and safety audits
- Prepare and maintain detailed safety reports
- Provide safety training and awareness sessions for staff
- Coordinate emergency response and incident investigation procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HSE or a related field
- Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in petrochemical or oil & gas projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not already based there
