1. Administrators (3 Vacancies)
- Qualification: Graduate with CAFM, CMMS.
- Experience: 5-7 years in facility management.
- Responsibilities: Manage service contracts, monitor and track work orders, and serve as the central point of contact for FM operations.
2. Facility Engineers (6 Vacancies)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mech/Elect).
- Experience: 5-7 years in operations & maintenance of facilities.
- Key Skills: Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems with problem-solving abilities.
3. MEP Supervisors (10 Vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect).
- Experience: 5+ years in operations & maintenance.
- Skills: Leadership and familiarity with BMS and energy management.
4. BMS Operators (8 Vacancies)
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
- Experience: 5+ years in O&M of HVAC, lighting, firefighting, and BMS integration.
- Role: Adjust parameters and respond promptly to BMS alerts.
5. HVAC Technicians (40 Vacancies)
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
- Experience: 5+ years in maintaining and repairing FCUs, AHUs, pumps, and central AC units.
6. AC Technicians (30 Vacancies)
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
- Experience: 5+ years in repairing split and window AC units and performing gas changes.
7. Electrical Technicians (20 Vacancies)
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
- Experience: 5+ years in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and wiring.
