- Qualification: Degree
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Operation and Maintenance of FM, office buildings.
- Civil Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Operation and Maintenance of Facilities.
- Storekeeper/Procurement Officer
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Procurement for MEP equipment, spare parts, consumables.
- Administrator/Document Controller
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 5 years in documentation control activities.
- HSE Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and relevant HSSEQ qualification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Safety Officer in similar facilities.
- CAFM Operator
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in CAFM/Control Room/BMS operations.
- HVAC Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in Operation and Maintenance of Facilities.
- MEP Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in mechanical, plumbing, electrical maintenance.
- ELV Technicians
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in Operation and Maintenance of Facilities.
- Fire Alarm/Fighting Technicians
- Qualification: Relevant technical certificate + Diploma in Fire Systems
- Experience: 5 years in Operation and Maintenance of Facilities.
- Electricians
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 4 years in Operation and Maintenance of Facilities.
- Control Room/BMS Operator
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in Control Room/BMS operations.
