- Chef de Partie – Cake Decorations Salary: 2500–3000 SAR Preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role Responsibilities: Designing customized cake decorations, preparing cake components, creating multi-tier wedding cakes, collaborating with pastry team.
- Chef de Partie – Chocolatier Salary: 2500–3000 SAR Preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role Responsibilities: Preparing premium chocolate products, tempering couverture, creating innovative desserts, collaborating with pastry/bakery teams, training juniors.
- Chef de Partie Salary: Negotiable Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role Responsibilities: Coordinating food production, maintaining quality standards, pre-meal briefing, checking food quality, customer requests, kitchen hygiene, training staff to Hyatt standards, monitoring job assignments and cleanliness.
