- Must have proven experience in handling mechanical systems and teams
3. Mechanical Technician
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems
4. Generator Technician
- Experience in handling and maintaining generator systems
5. HVAC Technician – Chiller
- Strong experience in chiller and HVAC maintenance
6. Electrical Technician
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
7. Fire Alarm Technician
- Experience in installing and maintaining fire alarm systems
8. Medium Voltage Electrical Technician
- Experience in medium voltage equipment and systems
9. Heavy Equipment Electrician
- Experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment electrical systems
10. Mason / F. Carpenter / Plumber
- Experience in construction and maintenance work
