   • Experience: 7–10 years in the hydraulics field.
2. Sales Engineer (Gaskets & Seals)
   • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering.
   • Experience: 7–10 years in gaskets and seals.
3. Workshop Supervisor
   • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
   • Experience: 7–10 years in hydraulics.
4. Bolting Supervisor
   • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
   • Experience: 7–10 years in bolting.
5. CNC Machine Operator (Seal Machine)
   • Qualification: 1–2 years of experience in operating CNC machines for metal and non-metal machining (Siemens/Fanuc).

Technical & Field Roles

6. Field Service Engineer (Oil Field Experience)
   • Experience: 3–5 years of on-site oilfield services.
7. Mobile Hose Crimping Van Salesman
   • Requirement: Knowledge of hose crimping and van driving.
8. Counter Salesman
   • Requirement: General knowledge of hydraulics.
9. Hydraulic Service Technician
   • Requirement: Knowledge of cylinder and power pack repair, assembly, and testing.
10. Hydraulic Helper
    • Requirement: Basic technical knowledge.
11. Pump Technician
    • Requirement: Knowledge of high-pressure hydraulic pumps (brands like Eaton, Sauer, Rexroth, Parker, etc.).
