Available Positions:
- Journey Officer
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, NEBOSH certification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities: Oversee journey planning, coordinate with IVMS suppliers, track vehicles and locations, and rectify system needs, including maps and long-distance tracking.
- Logistic & Transport Coordinator
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Responsibilities: Hire buses from vendors as per checklist, ensure vehicle inspection through P&M and EHS, and oversee the mobilization of bus leaders and supervisors. Ensure IVMS installation on all buses after inspection clearance.
- Bus Supervisor
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Responsibilities: Monitor the speed of buses at the site, ensure buses are not overcrowded, and oversee the daily checklist filled by bus leaders and drivers. Ensure counter-signing by bus marshals.
- Bus Leader
- Qualifications: Non-matric qualification.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate with camps and ensure workers are on board safely. Oversee bus inspections and ensure safety norms are followed while moving buses. Complete JMP forms before departure and after arrival at camps.
