Minha Consultants is hiring for various positions for a leading construction company in Muscat, Oman. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals in the Roads & Bridges, Civil, and MEP divisions.
Available Positions and Requirements
Roads & Bridges Division:
- Project Manager – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in executing roads, highways, expressways, bridges, culverts, flyovers. Proficiency in Primavera P3, P6 & MS Projects is preferred. Gulf experience is preferred.
- Construction Manager – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 12 to 15 years of experience with reputed companies in Roads & Bridges division. Gulf experience is preferred.
- Planning Engineers – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in Roads & Bridges projects. Experience in Primavera P3, P6, MS Project, QA, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Quantity Surveyor – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in reputed organizations. Gulf experience is preferred.
- Site Engineer – Maintenance R & B
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil/Diploma with 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance of roads, bridges, highways, expressways, structures, culverts, flyovers. Gulf experience is preferred.
- Draughtsman – R & B
- Qualifications: DCE/BE with a certificate course in CAD Drafting and 5-8 years of experience in making shop drawings for Roads/Bridges.
- Project Engineer – Highways
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in roads and highways. Knowledge of Primavera P3/P6 is preferred. Gulf experience is preferred.
- Material Engineer – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil with 8 to 12 years of experience in material testing, technical submittals, and report making. Coordination with consultants is required.
- Planning Engineer – Civil
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in planning, controlling, and managing residential, commercial, multi-storey/villas, etc. Proficiency in Primavera is preferred.
- Land Surveyor – Roads & Bridges
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in Roads & Bridges projects. Experience with Total Station and GPS is preferred.
Civil/MEP Division:
- Civil Engineers – Finishing
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil with 6 to 8 years of experience in tiling, painting, false ceiling works related to building construction projects.
- Site Engineers – Civil
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil or Diploma with 6 to 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Quantity Surveyors – Civil
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in Pre & Post contract related to building construction projects.
- Quantity Surveyors – MEP (Tendering)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical with 8 to 10 years of experience in Pre & Post tendering related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical activities.
- Quantity Surveyors – MEP (R & B)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical with 8 to 10 years of experience in MEP, tendering related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical activities.
- Site Engineer – MEP
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical with 8 to 10 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical.
