Available Positions and Vacancies

Engineering and Supervisor Roles

  1. Mechanical Engineers (FMMI) – 2 positions
    • Qualification: BE (Mech) with 5+ years in building services operation & maintenance.
  2. Electrical Supervisors (FMMI) – 2 positions
    • Qualification: Diploma (Electrical) with 5+ years in building & maintenance facilities management.
  3. HVAC Supervisors (FMMI) – 2 positions
    • Qualification: Diploma (Mech/AC) with 5+ years in FMMI projects.
  4. Civil Supervisors (Maintenance) – 2 positions
    • Qualification: Diploma (Civil) with 5+ years in building services operation & maintenance.

Technician Roles

  1. BMS Technicians – 2 positions
    • Experience in monitoring, evaluating BMS systems, and software maintenance.
  2. HVAC Chiller Technicians – 2 positions
    • Expertise in AHUs, chillers, and blower motors.
  3. Control Panel Technicians – 4 positions
    • Skills in troubleshooting and calibration of control systems.
  4. Electrical Technicians (Dimming Systems) – 4 positions
    • Maintenance experience in dimming systems and electrical repairs.
  5. Electricians (Diesel Generators) – 4 positions
    • Experience in maintaining generators, switch gears, and transformers.
  6. Electronics Technicians – 4 positions
    • Experience in audio, video, and surveillance systems.
  7. Fire Alarm Technicians – 4 positions
    • Installation and repair of fire alarms, detectors, and safety devices.
  8. HVAC Technicians – 4 positions
    • Expertise in AHUs, heaters, and ventilators.
  9. Kitchen & Laundry Equipment Technicians – 8 positions
    • Maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
  10. Water Treatment Technicians – 4 positions
    • Domestic RO systems maintenance experience.
  11. HV Electricians – 2 positions
    • Experience in installation and repair of high voltage electrical systems.
  12. Pump Electricians – 2 positions
    • Knowledge in dissembling and repairing pumps.

General and Skilled Labor Roles

  1. Masons (Plaster & Tiling) – 25 positions
  2. Painters (Wood & Wall) – 25 positions
  3. Duct Fabricators – 25 positions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Relevant experience in facilities maintenance projects.
  • Qualification: Diploma, ITI, or Degree as applicable to the role.
