Available Positions:
- Electricians
Requirements:- ITI in Electrical with more than 3 years of experience.
- Gulf experience preferred.
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and ability to handle Delta starter, Megar, and multimeter.
- Plumber
Requirements:- ITI in Plumbing with over 3 years of experience.
- Expertise in maintenance of plumbing fittings, pumps, and accessories, with knowledge in troubleshooting.
- Carpenter
Requirements:- More than 5 years of experience in the field.
- Skills in repairing wooden doors, cupboards, and general furniture work.
- Multi Technician
Requirements:- ITI with over 3 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing fields.
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of pumps and electrical faults.
- Mechanical Technicians
Requirements:- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in lift and automated parking systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot motors and other mechanical systems.
- FM Coordinator / Mechanical Supervisor
Requirements:- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical with over 5 years of experience in lift and hydraulic operations.
- Ability to supervise workers and handle procurement activities.
- Oman experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
- Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements:- Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor, preferably in malls or apartment settings.
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills, knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
- Cleaner / Housekeeping Boy
Requirements:- Experience in cleaning offices, malls, and residential apartments.
- Gulf experience is preferred.
