- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing CNC programs for precision manufacturing.
3. Lathe Operator
- Skilled in lathe cutting tools, turning processes, and blueprint interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot defects.
- Awareness of safety protocols and different machining materials’ properties.
4. Shaper Operator
- Proficient in shaper machine setup and operation for accurate cutting.
- Ability to read and measure engineering drawings and dial indicators.
- Hands-on experience with shaping and manual handling of parts.
5. Wire EDM & Electric Spark EDM
- Knowledge of EDM machines, CNC programs, and CAD designs.
- Proficient in setting up electrodes, dielectric fluids, and other consumables.
- Skilled in inspecting defects and achieving high-quality surface finishes for precision parts.
