5. HVAC Technician
   • Experience in DX Chiller, Cassette AC, Control Wiring, Compressor, VRF, Ducted Split
6. MEP Technician (Multi-Skilled)
   • Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Pump
7. Swimming-Pool Technician
   • Experience in Water Filtration, Chemical dosing, Pump operations
8. Pump Maintenance Technician
   • Experience in heavy-duty pumps and spare parts
9. High Voltage Electrician
   • Experience in industrial power equipment and distribution system, ATS, Switchgear, Megger
10. Low Voltage Electrician
    • Experience in power distribution, Megger, Lighting control
11. MEP Assistant
    • Basic knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system
12. All Round Civil Technician
    • Experience in Tiles, Marble, and Paint
