Job Positions and Details:
- Senior Estimator
- Salary: 10000 SAR + OT fixed
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field
- Job Requirements:
- Liaise with other departments and obtain specialist advice
- Prepare comprehensive BOQ to avoid missing out items/prices
- Prepare RFQ for subcontractors and follow-up for price, if any
- Prepare draft quotations and incorporate tender review results
- Share knowledge experience with CED staff for continual improvement
- Estimate chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning RFQs
- Estimate for decoking, smart pigging, oil flushing, nitrogen purging, dry ice blasting, and decontamination activities
- Select cleaning procedures and design circuits
- Evaluate chemical quantity for preparation of the estimation
- Estimate proper chemicals, manpower, craft, equipment, and machinery
- Project Manager / Leader
- Salary: 15000 SAR + OT fixed
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in project management, focusing on industrial shutdowns or similar projects
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of reactors, furnaces, columns, vessels, exchangers, fin fan pipelines, valves, tanks, insulation, refractory, scaffolding, painting, and blasting
- Experience in planning high-pressure water jetting, rigging, NDT, hot jobs, QA/QC documentation, and manpower handling at the site
- Strong understanding of shutdown planning, execution, and management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving, client-facing, and relationship management abilities
- Senior Project Planning Engineer
- Salary: 6000 SAR + OT fixed + Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in shutdown and T/A, including 3 years of handling projects/TA
- Job Requirements:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create detailed project reports outlining budgets and timelines
- Develop risk management plans and contingency plans
- Communicate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders on project updates and changes in plans
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Chemical Cleaning Service Manager
- Salary: 15000 SAR + OT fixed
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in chemical cleaning operations, with 6+ years in managerial or leadership roles
- Job Requirements:
- Expertise in chemical cleaning processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Proven success in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving profit goals
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and working under pressure
- Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information:
- Contract Period: 2 years
- Duty: 10 hours / Friday and Saturday off
