Job Positions and Requirements
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10+ years of experience managing industrial plant construction projects.
- Specialization in executing and constructing ammonia plants and complex process piping systems.
- Proven experience in overseeing welding operations, equipment installation, and tie-ins to existing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in the ammonia and gas industries.
- Experience in Middle East projects preferred.
Senior Welding Inspector
- Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) from AWS or CSWIP from TWI.
- 7+ years of experience in welding inspection in industrial plants.
- Proficiency in welding standards: ASME Section IX, API 1104, AWS D1.1.
- Skilled in completing and documenting welding logs, Weld maps.
- Ability to review and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Experience in welding inspection in the ammonia industry – highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Quality Control Inspector – Mechanical Engineering Background
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 7+ years of experience in quality control in the process industry.
- Specialization in quality control for plant constructions such as ammonia, gas, and mechanical work-related projects.
- Experience in conducting quality audits at various stages of plant construction.
- Understanding of mechanical aspects in process plant construction.
- Experience with quality control in process and mechanical piping systems.
- Knowledge of material properties.
