Position Details and Salaries :
Static Mechanical Technicians
- Basic Salary: RO 125 – 140 + 10% Adhoc Allowance + Overtime (minimum 80 hours per month)
- Take-home Salary: Approximately RO 190 – 210
- Qualification: 3 Years regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Above 5 years in Oil & Gas industry; Minimum 8 years specialization in Oil & Gas Static Equipment overhauling (tank, vessel, exchanger)
Assistant Mechanical Technicians
- Basic Salary: RO 90 – 120 + 10% Adhoc Allowance + Overtime (minimum 80 hours per month)
- Take-home Salary: Approximately RO 130 – 180
- Qualification: 3 Years regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas industry
Additional Benefits (for Assistant Mechanical Technicians; similar expected for Static roles):

Approximate INR Equivalent (based on current exchange rate of ~1 OMR = ₹235 as of January 2026):
- Static Technician take-home: ~₹44,650 – ₹49,350 monthly
- Assistant Technician take-home: ~₹30,550 – ₹42,300 monthly
