We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager (Scaffolding & Insulation) to join our team.
Job Overview
- Location: Qatar
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in scaffolding & insulation
- Industry: Oil & Gas / Industrial
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scaffolding and insulation operations with exposure to painting and refractory works.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards and team leadership.
- Collaborate with reputed scaffolding/insulation companies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in project execution, safety standards, and team leadership.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in scaffolding & insulation.
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 5+ years of GCC experience required.
Scaffolding Manager Position
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in scaffolding projects.
- Requirements: Worked on large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects, excellent knowledge of scaffolding standards, safety compliance, and manpower management.
- Certification: CISRS Certification is mandatory.
Insulation Manager Position
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years as a Manager in insulation works.
- Requirements: Expertise in thermal, acoustic, and cold insulation systems within the oil & gas/industrial sector. Strong skills in project planning, cost control, and execution.
- Certification: Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
