Job Positions & Responsibilities :
Stockers :
- Unload deliveries and stock merchandise in designated areas
- Organize shelves, bins, and displays according to store layout and planograms
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment (if certified)
- Must be able to read & write basic English
Retail Supervisors :
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating sales associates
- Operations: Overseeing daily tasks, ensuring store cleanliness, managing cash registers, and enforcing policies
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, ordering products, managing replenishment, and preventing loss
Preference: Candidates from Kerala region are highly preferred.
Terms & Conditions :
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and interview)
- Working Hours: 10 Hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Accommodation, Medical & Transportation: Provided by Company
- Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)
- Passport Requirement: Only ECNR Passports Accepted
