- Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of related work experience, preferably in UAE/GCC
- Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations, use of tools and equipment for maintenance, bilingual proficiency, good communication skills
- HVAC Technician
- Qualifications: ITI/Diploma (2 or 3 years) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in UAE/GCC
- Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations, use of tools and equipment for maintenance, bilingual proficiency, good communication skills
- Chiller Technician
- Qualifications: ITI/Diploma (2 or 3 years) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, especially in Centrifugal Chillers
- Skills: Knowledge of UAE regulations, use of tools and equipment for maintenance, bilingual proficiency, good communication skills
- Electrician
- Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
- Skills: General knowledge of safety regulations, bilingual proficiency
- Painter
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction as a painter
- Skills: Ability to work with tools and equipment, basic English communication
- Mason
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry
- Skills: Ability to work with tools and equipment
- Carpenter
- Qualifications: Secondary School level
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Skills: Knowledge of GULF experience preferred, basic English communication
- Plumber
- Qualifications: Certification in Plumbing/Pipe Fitter trade for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of related work experience
- Skills: Technical knowledge of pipes and fittings, attention to detail, bilingual proficiency
- Assistant Electrician
- Qualifications: Certificate in Electrical Trade
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Pump Technician
- Qualifications: Basic Education, Plumbing courses
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of related work experience
- Skills: Technical knowledge of maintenance of pumps, bilingual proficiency
- Assistant AC Mechanic
- Qualifications: Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a technician engaged in the repair and installation of A/Cs
