- Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Must have expertise in HVAC systems, Fire Alarm systems, and firefighting systems.
- HVAC Foreman (FG01602)
- Salary: 200–240 KWD
- Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical with 10 years of experience (5 years in a supervisory role). Proficiency in maintaining Central A/C Systems and related equipment.
- Electrical Foreman (FG01603)
- Salary: 200–240 KWD
- Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Electrical with 10 years of experience (5 years in a supervisory role). Familiarity with electrical systems like LT panels, UPS, generators, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Lift Maintenance Foreman (FG01604)
- Salary: 200–240 KWD
- Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Mechanical with 10 years of experience in troubleshooting modern elevators.
- Medical Gas System Foreman (FG01605)
