Long Term Free Requirement in Qatar
Shella Consultants, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is recruiting for long-term positions in Qatar. Prior Gulf experience is mandatory.
Available Positions
- Electrical Technician – Leave Reliever
- Maintain overhead cranes and chain hoists (preventive, corrective, troubleshooting)
- Follow schedules via SAP
- Diesel Engine Technician – Leave Reliever
- Maintain vehicles (mobile cranes, forklifts, diesel engines, fire trucks, ambulances)
- Perform engine overhauls, hydraulic repairs, lubrication, and greasing
- Work as per SAP schedule
- Automation Electrician – Leave Reliever / Automation Electrician
- Handle auto electrical maintenance for all QAPCO vehicles
- Execute preventive and corrective tasks as per SAP
- Mechanical Technician
- Maintain garage lifting equipment (cranes, hoists)
- Troubleshoot and support periodic load testing
- Min. 5 years’ experience in lifting equipment maintenance
- Technical drawing comprehension, tool proficiency
- English fluency and valid Qatari driving license
- Lubrication & Oil Sample Collection Technician
- Lubricate equipment, change oils, clean systems, collect oil samples for lab tests
General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions)
- 7-8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in maintenance roles
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- English-speaking skills are essential
- Prior Gulf experience is mandatory
