1. HV Electrician
- Qualifications: ITI with 8 years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot loads and electrical equipment.
- Work with HV panels, switch gears, transformers, generator control panels, synchronizing panels, and more.
- Conduct tests including AC/DC insulation testing, high current low resistance testing, SF6 gas analysis, and other advanced diagnostics.
- Expertise in transformer maintenance and electronic control systems is essential.
2. AC Technician
- Qualifications: ITI with 5-6 years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, packaged units, VRV/VRF systems, and centralized AC units.
- Handle compressor repairs, component replacements, and general system upgrades.
- Good brazing and HVAC system maintenance skills are required.
3. Swimming Pool Technician
- Qualifications: ITI with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive maintenance of swimming pools.
- Operate dosing systems, clean water features, and maintain filtration and circulation systems.
4. Electronics Technician
- Qualifications: ITI in Electronics.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized in building service systems, fire alarms, access controls, and FM systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
5. Electrical Technician
- Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled in LV systems, industrial lighting, and motor control centers.
6. Sign Board Writer
- Qualifications: Good experience in signboard writing (English and Arabic).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in creating visually appealing signage for various purposes.
