All candidates MUST have GCC experience in Water / Pipeline / Construction projects

| Site Engineer – Civil | B.E Civil | 10 Years |
| QA/QC / Material Engineer | B.E Civil | 10 Years |
| Planning Engineer | Bachelor’s Degree (Any) | 10 Years |
| Site Inspector | Diploma / Degree | 5 Years |
| Chief Surveyor / Land Surveyor | B.E/B.Tech or Diploma Civil | 12 Years |
| Document Controller | Any Graduate (familiar with similar projects) | 8 Years |
| Draftsman | Diploma / Degree | 8 Years |
| Quantity Surveyor | B.E Civil / QS | 10 Years |
