Available Job Positions :
- Supervisor UPS
- Requirements: 3 years Diploma in Electrical, 5 years experience in installing and maintaining UPS systems, strong knowledge of electrical systems including AC and DC power distribution, proficiency in UPS control and commissioning, troubleshooting skills, computer operation knowledge, good English communication, and HSE knowledge required.
- Mechanical Supervisor
- Requirements: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg/HVAC, minimum 5 years experience in HVAC, chilled water & DX O&M, good knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC units including AHU, FCU, DX units, packaged units, fans, HRW, heat exchangers, chillers, CT pumps, AHU, etc.
- Store Keeper
- Requirements: ITI, experience in store and material management (tools, barricades, scaffolding, parts, scrap etc.), computer knowledge to enter data in Excel required.
- Mechanical Technician
- Requirements: 6 positions with different skill sets:
- 2 Nos: CT gear box troubleshooting skills, good English/Hindi communication required, experience in industry/Bldg Services/BMS, good HSE knowledge, Gulf experience preferred.
- 2 Nos: ITI Mechanical, 5 years experience in chilled water pumps, cooling towers, belt alignments, bearing & seal replacement, etc.
- 2 Nos: Rolling shutter PPM & troubleshooting, fabric door PPM, automatic sliding door, dock leveler.
- Requirements: 6 positions with different skill sets:
- HVAC Technician
- Requirements: ITI HVAC, minimum 5 years experience in HVAC, chilled water & DX O&M of HVAC units including AHU, FCU, DX units, packaged units, VRF, extract fans, HRW, heat exchangers, charging, etc. (one person required with electrical experience).
- Electrician
- Requirements: ITI Electrical, 5 years experience in maintaining LV systems, lighting systems, batteries, UPS, CBS, switch gears, VFDs, should know to check wiring of various equipment.
- Fire Fighting Plumber
- Requirements: ITI Mech/Plumbing, 5 years experience in maintaining plumbing, sanitary fittings, WC, urinal systems, wash basins, pumps, heaters, sewage pumps, should be aware of HPCV, PVC, PPR piping as per usage.
- Scissor Lift Operator
- Requirements: SSLC, 5 years experience in operation of scissor lift & spider lift (mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred).
- Asst. Duct Man (Grille Cleaning)
- Requirements: ITI, 5 years experience in ducting works & grille cleaning, should be able to reflux all types of grilles, diffusers, registers, etc. (should have experience in grille cleaning).
Requirements :
- Relevant experience as specified for each role
- Gulf experience preferred for some roles
