- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 6+ years in operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Storekeeper/Procurement Officer
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement and store management.
- Administrator/Document Controller
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 5+ years of coordination in document control processes.
- HSE Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + HSSEQ qualification
- Experience: 5+ years in safety operations and maintenance.
- CAFM Operator
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in CAFM/Control Room/BMS operations.
- HVAC Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems.
- MEP Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in maintenance of MEP systems.
- ELV Technicians, Fire Alarm/Fighting Technicians, Electricians
- Qualification: Relevant Diploma
- Experience: 4-5+ years in related maintenance activities.
- Control Room/BMS Operator, Civil Technicians, Skilled Painter, Carpenter, Shift Helpers
