• Warehouse Manager / Superintendent – QAR.8500
• Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to Deputy Managers reporting to him.
• Ensure all warehouse operations is managed with complete compliance to COMPANY’s policy and procedures, maintaining uniformity across all warehouses.
• Take initiative in developing optimization and enhancement strategies and implementing them, when approved by company
• Develop and implement service level agreements for all WH services uniformly across all warehouses
• Maintain smooth coordination with all end-user focal points and other Supply organizations.
• Work with CONTRACTOR Focal Point, Deputy Managers and COMPANY Head of Warehouse closely to update statistics and ongoing activities on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
• Monitor KPI performance and take adequate measures to improve.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are receipted, as per purchase order and documentation is completed within time.
• Ensure material and equipment is stored safely, securely and preserved in accordance with manufacturer recommendations or Preservation Procedure.
• Ensure the environment and conditions for personnel working within the warehouse facility conform to SHE requirements and State of Qatar laws, rules and regulations for
• Support all warehouse asset cycle count activities in accordance with Company procedures and financial requirements.
• Support Deputy Managers (3PL) in Controlling and monitoring of the warehouse contractor staff.
• Ensure all materials are issued on time as per the demand report.
• Ensure coordination with Shutdown team for planned and unplanned work activities as required.
• Ensure all resources required to support Shutdown activities are in place to issue and handover requested material to the Shutdown materials team.

• Manage Electrical Rotating Machines Repair shop equipments, manpower, facility and operations in a professional manner.
• Capable to instruct rebuild of defective mechanical parts in electric motors, generators, and related equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required repairs.
• Manage disassemble defective equipment and repair of parts, using gauges and tracing lathes. Record repairs required, parts used, and labor time.
• Supervise reassemble repaired electric motors to specified requirements and ratings, using hand tools and electrical meters. Rewind coils on cores in slots, or make replacement coils, using coil- winding machines.
• Supervise assembling electrical parts such as alternators, generators, starting devices, and switches, following schematic drawings and using hand, machine, and power tools.
• Shall have exposure on motor design codes like NEMA, ASME, AEMT, EASA and IECEx standards.
• Exhibit estimation experience in similar works, for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Cement plants.
• Ensures adequate Raw material, consumables and tools are available for planned work in order to meet the work requirements, reviews tool room stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate levels for future work program.
• Ensure the resource planning based on the fabrication shop workload
• Ensures the availability of all workshop equipment by maintaining the preventive maintenance of said equipment.
• Ensures all the required trainings are met as per HSSE plan of various craft personnel who are working for Fabrication shop and Project sites.
• Liaise with customer for job progress and complaints.
Job Description
• All candidates should have experience in Maintenance, Petrochemical, Refinery and Oil & Gas Plant.
