Job description: Mechanical Foreman rotating equipment.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of maintenance. Overhauling and repair of rotating
Qualification: Degree/ Diplomat in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Responsible for the OTD of the mechanical jobs
• Responsible for inspection or assessment reports following work on a any rotating equipment
• Responsible for preparation of inspection and service report
• Responsible for all safety aspect within the mechanical workshop and at site
• Proven experience in the maintenance, repair and overhauling independently of centrifugal pumps ( OH1, OH2, OH3, OH4, OH5, OH6, BB1, BB2, BB3, BB4, BB5 vertical multi-stage water lift pumps
• Proven experience in the maintenance, overhauling and repair independently of reciprocating pumps
• Proven experience in the maintenance, overhauling and repair independently of reciprocating compressors (including Valve servicing, cylinder liner replacement and pickling)
• Proven experience in the maintenance, overhauling a and repair independently of lobe blowers
• Proven experience in the maintenance, overhauling and repair of centrifugal compressors
• Proven experience in the maintenance, repair and testing of single and double mechanical seal
• Proven experience in the maintenance and servicing of tube and shell exchangers
Proven experience in the maintenance and Servicing independently of plate heat exchanger (plate manual and chemical cleaning, remarketing, assembly and testing
Job description: Responsible for repairing rotating equipment.
• Repair and maintenance:
• Overhauling, servicing and repairing of all types of rotating equipment’s such as: Pumps, compressors, lobe blower, fans, turbines etc.
• Repair of mechanical seal, Alignment.
• Work at client’s job sites (onshore & offshore) when required.
• Preferred Education:
• Higher Secondary / Trade Certificate
• Preferred Experience:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
