Position: Fire Protection System Maintenance Engineer
Experience:
- 8-10 Years in Fire Protection System – Mechanical
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
Certifications:
- NFPA, UPDA, QCDD (Preferred but not mandatory)
Software Skills:
- MS Office
- AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- Review the RFQ documents and understand the project requirements.
- Prepare Price requests for Sub-vendors.
- Prepare technical/commercial bids including compliance statements, datasheets, deviation lists, TQ responses, and other bidding documents.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with major EPC contractors and end users.
- Prepare and review Detailed Engineering drawings, Manuals, Procedures, ITP’s, and Close-out documents.
- Prepare and review fabrication drawings of customized fire skid solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports.
System Knowledge:
- Skid Mounted Fire systems (Deluge/Bladder Tank, NOVEC, FM 200, IG, Dry Chemical, Fire Pumps).
- Fire water network equipment such as custom-made hydrants, Water/Foam Monitors.
- Customized Fire protection solutions as per End user requirements.
- Safety Equipment such as Safety showers, EEBA, SCBA, etc.
- Nitrogen Bottle rack, Air breathing cascade system.
