| MEP Technician (Multi-Skilled) | Should have experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Pump |
| Swimming-Pool Technician | Should have experience in Water Filtration, Chemical dosing, Pump operations |
| Pump Maintenance Technician | Should have hands-on experience in heavy-duty pumps and its spare parts |
| High Voltage Electrician | Should have experience in Industrial power equipment and distribution system, ATS, Switchgear, Megger |
| Low Voltage Electrician | Should have experience in Power distribution, Megger, Lighting control |
| MEP Assistant | Should have basic knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system |
| All Round Civil Technician | Should have experience in Tiles, Marble, and Paint |
Qualification:
- All technicians should have an ITI certificate.
