1 FURNACE OPERATOR BD 200 + OT
Ensure safe operation of induction melting furnace, Charging the furnace with scrap, Melting and molten metal preparation based on the required chemistry.
Able to weigh / measure the specified quantities of ingredients or materials for processing.
Monitor and control equipment operations, gauges and panel board in order to ensure smooth running of the Furnace.
Able to examine or test samples of processed substances, or collect samples for laboratory testing, in order to ensure conformance to specifications.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engg. With 02 / 03 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC – Furnace operator trade (Steel Industry) – 03 / 05 years exp. OR ITI – Any discipline with 5 years’ experience as an Induction Furnace Operator.
2 MACHINIST-HORIZONTAL BORER BD 180 + OT
Candidate should have minimum 5 Years’ experience on Horizontal Boring and other associated operations using conventional boring machines.
Also experience in Milling and Gear-Cutting operations will be an added advantage. Qualification : ITI
3 GENERAL MACHINIST BD 140 + OT
Candidate should have experience in handling CONVENTIONAL Machines (Not CNC) such as Lathe, Milling Machine, & Drilling Machine etc. Qualification: ITI, Exp. 3 to 5 years
8 HOURS DUTY + OVER TIME + FREE ACCOMODATION
