PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – CHEESE

Minimum (5) years of preferred experience in a cheese production plant. Preferably mozzarella cheese

Oversee the daily operations of all production activities.

Familiar with ERP system – productions modules

CHEESEMAKER.

Basic knowledge of cheese making.

Minimum (3) years of preferred experience in a cheese production plant. Preferably mozzarella cheese.

SR. CHEESEMAKER

Minimum (5) years of preferred experience in a cheese production plant. Preferably mozzarella cheese.

Understanding and knowledge of product characteristics enable him to solve issues that arise on the production floor.

Familiar with basic of GMP.
